Live in the Chicago area? Have plans this Saturday? Just RSVP for this fun (free!) event hosted by POPSUGAR and Simple Skin Care. (Wish I could go myself but I will be at a bachelorette party! Sounds like a great event!) Still interested? Read on…
Simple Skincare surveyed women in the top 40 cities across the country to uncover the truth about their holistic skincare habits. Although nearly 9 in 10 (89%) women describe their skincare habits as “healthy,” their actual behaviors show there is room for improvement.
For starters, 75% of Chicago women are aware that what they eat impacts their skin’s health, but 52% don’t feel they can call themselves healthy eaters. A Simple solution? Swap sugary snacks for a healthy alternative like walnuts, which contain essential fatty acids that are good for the waistline and the complexion.
